Lithuanian art: theater, cinema, fine art, photography
The aim of the course is to help students to gain general knowledge about contemporary Lithuanian art and its historical and cultural contexts.
Having completed the course students will be able to:
- To define basic features and tendencies in Lithuanian theatre with reference to historical and cultural context;
- To define basic features and tendencies in Lithuanian cinema with reference to historical and cultural context;
- To define basic features and tendencies in Lithuanian fine art with reference to historical and cultural context;
- To define basic features and tendencies in Lithuanian photography with reference to historical and cultural context.
