Gestire il cambiamento

L’unica costante nella nostra vita è il cambiamento. A volte siamo noi a decidere consapevolmente di dare una svolta alla nostra vita (ad es. quando cambiamo lavoro, o quando traslochiamo in una nuova città); altre volte è il contesto che cambia attorno a noi e ci costringe ad adeguarci alle nuove condizioni. Ci sono momenti in cui il cambiamento costituisce un momento di gioia e di curiosità per la novità, in altri esso rappresenta un momento di dolore e di lutto per ciò che dobbiamo lasciarci alle spalle. Capita che il cambiamento sia evidente, profondo e irreversibile, oppure che si svolga in modo più sottile, attraverso un processo lungo e inesorabile.

Ma in qualsiasi situazione, il cambiamento rappresenta la fine di uno stato e l’inizio di un altro stato. Cambiare spesso significa abbandonare vecchie consuetudini e sicurezze per aprirsi a novità finora inesplorate. Ogni apprendimento nella nostra vita si basa su questo concetto: solo grazie al coraggio e alla volontà di uscire dalla propria “zone of comfort”, si possono apprendere nuove capacità e competenze. Non è il cambiamento in sé che ci spaventa, ma l’idea che ci creiamo dello stesso. Ci affrettiamo ad etichettare la nuova situazione come fortuna o sfortuna, ma è la nostra interpretazione soggettiva dei fatti che impatterà di seguito su come vivremo il momento del cambiamento.

In questo corso conosceremo le principali dinamiche legate ai singoli momenti di un cambiamento, sia personale che professionale. Conoscendo le dinamiche, ci sarà più facile essere consapevoli delle emotività (proprie e altrui) che ogni cambiamento suscita. Impareremo ad affrontare le resistenze con maggiore efficacia e a sviluppare competenze specifiche per gestire il processo del cambiamento con una maggiore consapevolezza e sicurezza interiore.

  • La gestion des DATA, à la fois structurées avec la prédéfinition d’un schéma fixe (SQL3, OQL), semi-structurées avec des méta-données (SparQL) et non structurées (NOSQL, New SQL) ainsi que les concepts de DATA WAREHOUSE et DATA LAKE.

  • L’analyse des DONNÉES avec des méthodes informatiques (Data Mining et OLAP), statistiques (Machine learning en mode supervisé ou non supervisé) ou basées sur l’IA avec l’approche fondamentale du Deep Learning (réseaux de neurones multicouches).

  2. atskleisti žmogaus motyvacijos, nuoseklaus elgesio dėsningumus;
  3. apibrėžti pagrindinėmis asmenybės teorijomis atskleistas žmogaus psichologinės raidos kryptis nuo kūdikystės iki senatvės ir šiai raidai įtaką darančius reiškinius;
  4. suprasti pagrindines psichologinių problemų atsiradimą skatinančias aplinkybes ir sveikos asmenybės formavimosi galimybes;
  5. apibūdinti pagrindines psichoterapijos kryptis, galinčias padėti žmogui geriau prisitaikyti gyvenime;
  6. apibrėžti pagrindines asmenybės psichologijos sąvokas;
  7. atskleisti įvairių asmenybės teorijų praktinio pritaikymo galimybes.

Emigracija, Lietuvos ir išeivijos santykiai yra aktuali ir nemažai diskutuojama šių dienų problema.   4. Suvokti išeivijos indėlį į Lietuvos nepriklausomybės atkūrimą, jos paramą besikuriančiai Lietuvos Respublikai ir ryšius su ja iki 1940 m;
  5. Įvertinti išeivijos pasaulėžiūrinius susigrupavimus, organizacinius bruožus, pilietinius gebėjimus, laisvanoriškųjų asociacijų kultūrą;
  6. Suprasti politinės emigracijos vaidmenį 1940-1990; Susigaudyti dabarties migracijos ir tapatumo permainų sąraizgose.
